I am thrilled to share some exciting news. I’ve been honoured with the “Business Author of the Year” award at the SME News UK Enterprise Awards 2024! This recognition is a significant milestone in my journey as an author, and I’m immensely grateful for the support and encouragement from readers, colleagues, and the broader business community.
The Journey to Recognition
When I first set out to write “Management & Leadership” and “40 Management & Leadership Insights,” my goal was simple: to create resources that would demystify the often complex world of management and leadership. I wanted to provide practical, actionable advice that anyone, from aspiring managers to seasoned leaders, could easily apply in their day-to-day roles. I believe that effective management and leadership are the foundation of any successful organisation, and my books aim to empower individuals to be the best they can be in these crucial roles.
