Whether you are creating a new team from scratch, taking over an existing team, or making additions or changes to a team, there is a natural process which will begin from the moment the team dynamics change.
This natural cycle was identified by Bruce Tuckman in 1965. Tuckman’s stages of group development describes the typical progression of teams through four stages. These are shown in the infographic below…
